2023 Festival Insurance Form

In order to protect you and your organization from any issues with spectators suing you or your organization, there are a few options. Insurance coverage should be from the dates of Feb. 1-28, of given year or participation.

Add the Edison Festival of Light Inc. and the City of Fort Myers as an additional insured on your insurance policy that has a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability.

If you do not have event specific insurance, please research insurance companies that will meet the general liability requirements. Or you may contact the Festival Office for additional insurance options.
