Thank you for your interest in participating in the Junior Parade. Please complete the application online along with any payment needed (if selected). We also accept an application mailed in to the office. Your application will be acknowledged and location verified. If you have any questions, please call us at (239) 334-2999.
After you enter your information, please check to make sure that there are no error messages in bold after pressing submit.
Print out the release and indemnification agreement or use the online form as each parade participant must sign this in order to be a part of the parade. This is found in the Participant Indemnification Agreement step on the Junior Parade page.

All entries should have insurance in order to protect themselves from any possible litigation to your organization from parade spectators, in case of an accident. Insurance coverage of at least $1 million general liability. The organization must list the Edison Festival of Light and the City of Fort Myers as an additional insureds and send that document to the office by email to email@example.com
by January 15.

I have/will review the Rules and Regulations for parade entries. I understand that if our unit is going to pass out any marketing or commercial materials, the commercial information fee must be paid. Passing out information that is commercial in nature and not paying this fee could result in removal from the parade and future denial of participation in the Junior Parade.
