Grand Parade Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Grand Parade of Light. Please complete the application online along with any payment needed. We also accept an application with a check mailed in to the office. Applications are considered incomplete until payment is received. Your application will be acknowledged and location verified. If you have any questions, please call us at (239) 334-2999.

After you press submit, please make sure that there are no error messages in bold on the page. You should receive an email confirmation that the submission was sent.

Print out the release and indemnification agreement or send the online link as each parade participant must sign this in order to be a part of the parade. These are found in the Participant Indemnification Agreement step of the process.

Please review all the rules and regulations prior to completing an application.

Make sure you press submit at the bottom of the page when the page is complete and then go to the checkout to make any payments.

Insurance Information

All entries should have insurance in order to protect themselves from any possible litigation to your organization from parade spectators, in case of an accident. Insurance coverage of at least $1 million general liability. The organization must list the Edison Festival of Light as an additional insured and send that document to the office by email to applications@edisonfestival.org by January 15.

Acceptance of this application by the Edison Festival of Light via confirmation email constitutes a contract. To the best of my understanding, all information provided is correct.

Please remember to fill out and sign the Release and Indemnification Agreement.

I have/will review the Rules and Regulations for Grand Parade entries. I understand that all components of the application process found on the Grand Parade Application main page must be completed before the application is deemed complete. Failure to do so could lead to the entry being denied.

All fees are final and will not be returned to the organization.
